Oak Meadow wishes to send their thoughts and prayers out to the Taniwha family for the loss of their beloved horse, Nechima. She was a timeless, unforgettable mare who will be remembered most of all for her strong mind and nobility. R.I.P Nechima, we love you.

Special thanks to everyone who joined us for our very first CHJA/USEF rated show as Oak Meadow Farm. After a bit of a slow start it was quite a successful day ~ thanks for bearing with us! We had lots of fun and are planning for more dates next year. While most of us were busy showing at the farm, Amy Kriwitsky, our Assistant Trainer, was busy qualifying for IHSA Nationals in the Alumni division!! Many congratulations to her as she heads off to Kentucky next month for competition!!
